Every week I speak to new clients who tell me that theyve started to put on weight since hitting their 40s/50s ! Insulin resistance is often to blame! I know first hand the effects that stress can have on weight. I was in perimenopause when my mother got sick, and not only was I caring for her, I was also raising three young children, and working insane hours in my thriving practice.
