    What Should Parents Be Concerned About

    The parenting website of the A.A.P. has warned of concerns that melatonin might affect puberty, but so far there isnt any solid evidence of this.

    In a 2019 review of recent studies about melatonin and puberty, the authors found it difficult to draw strong conclusions.
